If your project is not completed and finalized within the year, it is your responsibility to complete and submit a building permit renewal form, along with the applicable fee for every year the permit remains open.
Submit your payment in the amount of $150.00 for this permit renewal application. If approved, a receipt will be issued. If your permit is revoked your payment will be refunded. The fee applies to each year the permit remains outstanding.
