The OSCARS

(Opportunities Supporting Community Access to Recreation and Sport)

The Township of Leeds and the Thousand Islands (TLTI) secured funding to provide unique and diverse recreational programming to Township residents. The OSCARS initiative offerred activities that community members may not have had the privilege of participating in. The initiative, sponsored by the Government of Ontario, offers these opportunities for free.
